What is Intuitive Guidance or Soul Guidance?
I am present. I listen and observe you. In the spaces of your words and movements, I tune into the subtle senses of what really is calling you. Perhaps you have some words for it, or maybe you do not have any conception of what it is that you seek. I connect to this unseen and unheard realm of your soul. Your soul communicates in a way that is unique to you and we know each other.
From what your soul asks I connect to your personality level energies, chakras, in yoga and tune into what is acceptable for you to receive, how to receive it and integrate. I may suggest practices to do together in sessions, or as ‘homework’ between sessions. These practices draw on movement to shift energy and state, breathwork to clear emotions or balance the nervous system, mindset shifting with affirmations or writing, or there may be lifestyle shifts around diet, meals, and relationships. The range is as vast as your human experience seeks!

It is what seeks you that calls you to Soul Guidance sessions with Nid. Rumi’s words of wisdom know that your soul desires fulfilment of your human experience at every level that your body, emotions, mind and soul can experience. Your soul may connect with me in the dream realm or during the day as ‘thought messages’, my mastery is that I know your energy and messages to bring to your sessions.
You were born with a personality that suits learning in a specific way, perhaps this suited the education system and you thrived, or not. In Soul Guidance we use your gifts and strengths to move you forward, for that is why you have them. You always have the power to choose and say no to any suggestions by Nid.
At the outset, we agree with your heart-felt intentions for an energetic shift in your vibration at a deep level. I will take the time to maintain your energetic integrity to align with this shift with the greatest ease throughout your series of sessions.
In your live sessions, we will act on all these levels of energy to support your ability to integrate life experiences with ease to become more steady, calm and free in your life. Your inner world will transform and with that, your outer world reflects back at you the wondrous cosmic being that you are!

Within this you can choose a focus for sessions e.g Clarity Breathwork, meditation, Soul Realignment, movement or mixed.
