Allow yourself to release the old and integrate peaceful transformation into your life through your breath. A nourishing conscious-connected breath where you are in control of your path to acceptance of life as it is.

Our Sydney community are gentle and kind people. We connect, move and open our hearts before we connect our breath into the heart and allow in the shifts. 

You’re invited to our monthly 2-hour ceremonies to celebrate all the rhythms of life and what they bring us. Whether life is high, low or somewhere in between this practice serves your highest good.

Create your freedom with your breath, sound and gentle observance practices.

Become more aware of your breath and how it reflects your emotional well-being through observation practices of your daily life over 10 weeks. 

Each week we come together for 60 minutes in our heart-centred community to share Clarity Breathwork, do short sound meditations and reflect on weekly-themed observance practices from yoga. 

The course is blended learning with 2-minute pre-recorded videos for contemplation with weekly live online with recordings available if you can’t make a session. With our online community available to connect and weekly support sheet, this series is practical and profound.

Join us on this expansive journey and share in the conscious-connected breath together.

Monthly Community Practice

Join the monthly practice live online worldwide. The practice is aligned with the energies of the month and will be expressed channelling for the highest good of all.

Practices may include Yoga, Pilates, Fascial and Somatic movement, Breathwork, Light Body channelled meditations, Yoga Nidras and more.

Donations are collected and given to a chosen charity each month. You make your donation via PayPal .

Recordings are available to Your Sanctuary members and those who pay for the recording.

Workshops with Nid

Join a 3-hour workshop with Nid live online to dive deeper into a chosen theme that will align with current energies and expand on content within the app.

Members choose from themes and contribute their questions and own wisdom. Special guests appear with their unique gifts to share with our community.

Examples include digestion, empaths, designing healthy lifestyle routines and more.
