Hi beautiful, I am Nid

It is hard to feel emotionally stable and even peaceful in this modern world - it seems so much is chaotic. 

My journey with my emotions has been from depression, panic attacks and repressed anger - you know that overgiving habit that comes with outbursts?

I was advised to 'ground'. My journey was slow and multi-modalities with indigenous wisdom and Western science. 

It is the flow between the nervous system states and acknowledging them each that stabilised my emotions. 

I am grateful that now my default is a peaceful emotional flow - and yes, I still allow myself to be colourful in my self-expression of feelings.  

I created this course to save you time and energy. It is simple, you just have to do it!
