Do I need a website for my spiritual business?

consulting Jul 03, 2022

When do you need to make your spiritual business online presence known and with what? Here are 4 simple top tips for what you need to make sure to start your online spiritual business presence. A website might not be the first thing that you need to do online for your business to thrive quickly

Things you need to make sure to start your online presence

1. Digital storefront

You need to have a digital storefront. The simplest and free option is with social media presence for people to check you out online.

It can be an Instagram page where you just post even a post a week that just gives some people to look at as a sense of what you do.

You could use video, photos or text or whatever works for you that give people a sense of what you offer like the shop window.

2. Build Interest

Join online groups or social media groups. See what people want and get to know your audience by offering helpful tips. You will draw people who are interested in your business and your services into that group so you can build connections with them, and share with them tips and hacks and tricks.

Then if you want to create your own group and build your community, you have some people interested in what you offer and can build promotions from in here.

3. Freebies or Gifts

To offer a free gift in exchange for email collection is a lovely energy exchange. Often people love to receive something free to start to connect with you a little bit deeper.

You will need a landing page to do this. This is where you get your own domain name or URL from a GoDaddy service. It is just one page that is going to have a form to collect their email address and in return, they can receive something for free - the gift is up to you!

4. Creating a website

This will have the same URL that you've bought from whichever domain provider it is you wish to use and start with a welcome page, who you are, and a basic way to connect your services that could be on one page or on 3 pages.

Website Extras

1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

SEO is key to getting your spiritual business at top of Google or search results. It is useful to use Google My Business profile as well to help yourself get found if you want people to find you physically and locally in your area.

2. Write blogs

This is something you may choose to start writing early because you really feel part of your message is to share in a written format. Blogs may be relevant as part of building your website and the way in which it works and what it offers.

We are going to be diving deeper into the above tips in this month's free webinar.
