What is the practice?

The breath awareness centres on the manifesting powerhouse axis - sacral and solar plexus. Breath life into the feminine sacral chakra of creation, and solar plexus chakra of masculine action provide a balanced manifestation in this world. 

The sensation awareness moves into ease and flow meeting effort and force. There is a dance between these opposites in manifesting with balance. As the body and mind dance between these states, awareness increases of the free choice to utilise both when is appropriate. 

The visualisation moves to the transmutation of fire with a candle flame. This creates the light for the unseen to become shadows so that they can be appropriately cared for - wants move into snakes in baskets or needs welcomed in open arms. As the light brightens and shadows diminish the snakes can become transmuted into eggs of new creation for the future. 

Seriously, Snakes and Eggs? 

These symbols of life force and new life are important as often we fear letting go fully when there is an apparent void and uncertainty. 

Snakes represent life force energy which can be taken with their venom. When there is a want of the ego this venom can slowly poison all that is created with this energy and leaves dis-ease.

Eggs are new life and unborn creations. When we allow these to gestate in the warmth of the light, they crack open into wonderful new life. 

Wants that are of the ego do not serve the greater good, so the transmutation of this energy into a new creation places the energy into a beautiful container for a new lease of service.
