4 Ways to live without fear, step into veneration of all life

embody Jun 29, 2022

When we live in fear we feel alone, separate and unsupported. Veneration is that sense of magnificence and deep respect for all life and how all of these intricate phenomenal things happen that create life. This brings us to a state of trust, abundance and stability deep within our cells. Discover more about how to move towards this beautiful way of living.

Signs of fear choices

How this shows up for each of us varies throughout life. The ego has clever ways to disguise our fears as we become aware. The short-term choices that tend to come from fear do not deserve the longer term because they come from a place of lack. For other people, it might be more of jealousy or the competitive side because you feel that greater sense of competition and 'missing out' if they do not succeed. In summary obvious signs of fear choices can be:

  1. Short term goals and decision making
  2. Over-giving and sharing
  3. Resentment feelings
  4. Jealousy or competitiveness to stay ahead of the curve

Steps Out of Fear

  1. Get into nature and be in the wonder of it all
  2. Know the rhythm and cycle you are in (of the day, month, year and life)
  3. Take pleasure in other people's joy
  4. Loving-kindness practices (The Buddhist Tonglen practice)
